The Brooklyn Nets are marking their calendar and circling some of the key dates on their 2024-25 schedule.
Here are five games the Nets should watch more than others:
Wednesday October 23 @ Atlanta Hawks
It’s the Nets’ first game of the season in the South, with the Atlanta Hawks visiting. The game could mark the debut of Zaccharie Risacher, who was selected first overall in June’s NBA draft.
Friday November 8th @ Boston Celtics
The Nets will get their first chance at the defending champions at the start of the season at TD Garden in Boston.
Friday, November 15 @ New York Knicks
The game marks the first meeting between the two teams since Mikal Bridges was traded last June. It is also the Nets’ first game in the NBA Cup schedule. The Nets and Knicks will play on the 15th and again two nights later at Madison Square Garden. Bridges will travel to Barclays on January 21 and again in the season finale on April 13.
Wednesday January 22nd vs Phoenix Suns
The Nets will see Kevin Durant and Devin Booker on their annual trip to Brooklyn on the second night of a back-to-back against the Suns.
Monday March 10 against the Los Angeles Lakers
LeBron James could make one of his final appearances at Barclays Center when the Lakers visit the Nets in Brooklyn in mid-March.
