On Wednesday during the Western Conference, the Pelicans Podcast will host a radio roundtable with Todd Graffagnini and John DeShazier from north of the border. The West team to watch last week was Sacramento (34-26), which went 1-2 over the seven-day period and fell two games behind New Orleans (37-25 ) in the classification; the Pelicans also won the tiebreaker against the Kings. The team to watch this week is the ninth-place LA Lakers (34-29, 3.5 games behind NOLA), who have a very compelling (and challenging) schedule. The Lakers will host Sacramento, Milwaukee and Minnesota on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday respectively, with the latter two games being broadcast by ESPN.
