76ers resting Kyle Lowry on Wednesday
3 hours agoPhiladelphia 76ers guard Kyle Lowry (rest) will not be available for Wednesday’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies. After falling to the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday, the Sixers rested Lowry for the second half of their back-to-back. The veteran general should be ready to compete in Friday’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans. In the meantime, Philly is Cameron Payne as point guard with All-Star Tyrese Maxey (concussion) was also sidelined Wednesday, with Tobias Harris likely tasked with handling additional ball-handling duties against an injury-ravaged Memphis club.
