Sunday, the Magic of Orlando (37-27) welcome the Indiana Pacers (35-29), and if you’re wondering how to follow the action live, you’ve come to the right place.
The Magic lost in the face of New York Knicks in their final match on Friday, which ended a five-game winning streak. All-Star Paolo Banchero produced 23 points, nine rebounds, four blocks, two assists and two steals, and Franz Wagner had 13 points to lead the Magic, who have never led in the contest.
Orlando, which fell to fifth in the Eastern Conference, suffered just its fourth loss since Jan. 31 following a hot streak of late. The team has the most wins (13) and second-best winning percentage (.765) in the NBA over that span.
The Pacers suffered a 113-111 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves THURSDAY. They had a chance to tie the game in the final seconds, but an Aaron Nesmith layup attempt was blocked at the rim by Anthony Edwards, and the Timberwolves held on to win.
Pascal Siakam had a team-high 24 points and four rebounds, and Tyrese Haliburton had 23 points and 13 assists for the Pacers, who are 4-4 since the All-Star break. They have fallen to eighth place in the standings, but are just 2 1/2 games behind the Knicks in fourth place.
The Pacers and Magic will meet for the third and final time this season. The Magic won the first two games of the series, but have lost 10 of the last 15 matchups overall.
