New Orleans (39-25) returns to the Smoothie King Center for the first time in a dozen days, hosting Cleveland (41-24) tonight at 7 p.m. Tickets are available here.

Read Tuesday’s injury report for the Cavaliers-Pelicans. Cleveland All-Star guard Donovan Mitchell is questionable. Rotation members Evan Mobley, Max Strus and Dean Wade are all out.

The Pelicans moved up four spots in the ESPN.com power rankings released this morning, to seventh place. As writer Andrew Lopez noted, “New Orleans has won 13 of its last 17 games, tied for second in the NBA since January 31.” The Athletic places the Pelicans 6th in its power rankings.

On Wednesday, in the Western Conference, the Pelicans occupy fifth place, 1.5 games ahead of No. 6 Phoenix (38-27). The biggest games on the scoreboard tonight are Golden State (34-30, five games behind NOLA) at Dallas (37-28, 2.5 games behind); and the Lakers (36-30, four games) in Sacramento (37-27, two games). In order, they are 10th, 8th, 9th and 7th places in the conference.
