Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic will have to miss a crucial game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday.
Doncic, who came out Wednesday’s victory against the Golden State Warriors due to left hamstring pain, was scored against the Thunder. He did not travel with the Mavericks to Oklahoma City, The Dallas Morning News Brad Townsend reports.
The Mavs’ injury report is not due until 1 p.m., but Luka Doncic will not play against the Thunder tonight. He stayed in Dallas when the team traveled to OKC last night.

Before the injury, Doncic was on a tear, recording seven straight 20-point triple-doubles. The first six of them were 30-point triple-doubles, who set an NBA record.
Doncic leads the NBA in scoring among league qualifiers, averaging 34.3 points per game while shooting 49.4 percent from the floor and 37.8 percent from three.
