The Chicago Bulls welcomed the Portland Trail Blazers to town on Monday night. Just under two hours north of the United Center are the Milwaukee Bucks and Damian Lillard, who has a long-standing connection to the Trail Blazers. So on Monday night, Lillard traveled to Chicago to watch the Bulls take on his former team.
Last summer was dominated by the Lillard trade saga, as it was clear his time in Portland was over. He initially applied to the Miami Heat, but after those plans fell through, the Trail Blazers traded him to the Bucks. But he clearly still has a lot of love for the organization.
YouTube channel of the House of Highlights posted a video of Lillard stopping by the United Center to watch the Trail Blazers play the Bulls.
Chicago ended the evening with a victorydefeating Portland by a score of 110-107.
