Consuelos – who sat in court alongside Tracy Morgan and Chris Rock – defended the woman, saying he “knew what she meant”.

“She said to me: ‘He’s very muscular!’ And I say: “It’s Me!'” he teased, noting that she was “charming” despite the confusion.

In fact, the woman told Consuelos that she watches their show “every morning,” prompting him to promptly call her out.

Philbin, who has died aged 88, began hosting the beloved television program in 1988. alongside Kathie Lee Gifford.

While the “All My Children” actress, 53, has worked alongside Michael Strahan and Ryan Seacrest in the years since, Consuelos officially took over last year.

Consuelos was snoring so loudly that Ripa tried to drown her out by playing a “Dateline” podcast on her “noise-cancelling headphones.”

“I couldn’t hear Keith Morrison because of the snoring, so I started shoving you, shaking you, and some light kicking and a little light slamming on the bed next to you, and you didn’t want to no, you couldn’t. [stop],” she says.

The couple met while filming “All My Children” in 1995 and we got married a year later.
