MILWAUKEE, Wis. — The Milwaukee Bucks announced Wednesday they will visit cities across Wisconsin as part of the Deer Crossing Statewide Tour, including Fitchburg and Stoughton.
The Bucks said Deer Crossing’s national tour will include “Back to School Bashes,” “Bucks Bar Network” tours, “Bango’s Kids Club” tours and two “Bucks Takeover Nights,” partnering with local baseball teams. Back-to-school celebrations will include youth basketball clinics with appearances by Bucks alumni TJ Ford and Steve Novak, performances by Bucks Entertainment, dinner and giveaways. Bucks Bar Network tours will feature Bucks-themed trivia and prizes.
On Thursday, August 22, the Bucks announced that the tour will stop in Dane County in Fitchburg and Stoughton. The Boys & Girls’ Club of Dane County in Fitchburg will host a back-to-school party at 4 p.m., while Deak’s Pub & Grill in Stoughton will host a Bucks Bar Network tour at 6:30 p.m.
The Bucks said the tour will also make stops in Oconomowoc, La Crosse, West Salem, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Menasha, Appleton, Sheboygan and Sheboygan Falls.
All events are open to the public, with the exception of the back-to-school parties, which will be closed to the public but open to the media. Dates open to the public are available on www.Bucks.com/DeerCrossing.
