Soon, NBA 2K25 will be available to the public. As the release progresses, ratings will be revealed to show the top rankings.

On Thursday, numbers 30 to 21 were revealed. Two The Philadelphia 76ers stars appeared on the list.

Tyrese Maxey and Paul George enter the 2024-25 NBA season with equal grades. Ranked 26th and 24th, respectively, Maxey and George have an overall grade of 89.

The Sixers’ star players share the same overall score as Atlanta’s Trae Young, Orlando’s Paolo Banchero, Miami’s Jimmy Butler and Milwaukee’s Damian Lillard.

George’s presence at this level is no surprise. Considering he’s established himself as one of the best wing players of this era, George is a nine-time All-Star who recently signed with the Sixers on a max contract.

Last season, George finished his final stint with the LA Clippers playing in 74 games. He averaged 47 percent from the field and made 41 percent of his three-pointers, a career high in both categories.

THE Philadelphia 76ers on SI The show is available on streaming platforms Spotify, Apple and Amazon.

The All-Star shooting guard averaged 23 points per game, along with five rebounds and four assists throughout the 2023-24 NBA season. In the playoffs, George averaged 20 points, seven rebounds and five assists with the Clippers. After his fifth season in Los Angeles, George declined his player option and signed with the Sixers in free agency, joining Joel Embiid and Maxey.

As for Maxey, he’s been one of the NBA’s most promising players. The former first-round pick didn’t become an instant starter in 2020, but he did become an All-Star for the first time last season. After earning Most Improved Player honors last year, Maxey posted his best overall 2K score, coming in at a 90 rating.

Last year, Maxey averaged 26 points and six assists in 70 games. The young guard shot 37 percent from three-point range, maintaining his 40 percent three-point average over his four-year career.
