THE Golden State Warriors are sure of their position from the beginning! Notably, the first time the San Francisco Bay Area side took sides was when it refused to visit the White House during Donald Trump’s term. Before we get into the specifics, Harris already has strong ties to the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating from the University of California, San Francisco School of Law, she served as an assistant district attorney for nearly a decade, earning a reputation for toughness. Harris later rose through the ranks to become California’s attorney general, the first woman and first black American to hold the position.
Through her consistent work at the House of Law, Harris has not only won the hearts of the Bay Area residents, but also the Bay Area Warriors. Let’s take a look at three instances where the Warriors’ stars have supported the 59-year-old.

Steve Kerr and his “Night, night” celebration
On the first day of the Democratic National Convention, the Warriors mastermind stole the show with his fiery speech, advocating his support for Kamal Harris. The 9x NBA champion used every basketball reference he could to make his point.
Interestingly, Kerr found a stimulating parallel to gain public support for Harris’ position. He said: “Think about what our team accomplished with 12 Americans in Paris, putting aside rivalries to represent our country. Now imagine what we could do with 330 million of us playing on the same team.”
But one particular basketball reference left the entire crowd in a frenzy. This time, Kerr called upon his own superstar, Stephen Curry. He said, “Once the results are counted that night, we will be able to, in the words of the great Stephen Curry, say to Donald Trump: ‘Good night!'”
It’s certainly a nice way to celebrate a victory, as the Bay Area superstar did. However, this isn’t the first time Steve Kerr has stood alongside Harris. A few months ago, Kerr called students to stand with Harris and raise awareness about gun violence and the upcoming election.
Stephen Curry – “Bring back this unit”

That’s why I believe Kamala, as president, could bring back that unity and continue to move our country forward.”

The fact that President Biden has endorsed Vice President Harris is trying to bring his energy to this campaign.
