It’s been a good year for Jaylen Brown.
Boston Celtics star helped the franchise win its 18th championship in June, and he was named MVP of the Eastern Conference Finals and NBA Finals MVP during this playoff run.
But Brown’s talents aren’t limited to the basketball court.
He recently hit the recording studio to create a new song with A$AP Ferg called “Just Do It.” While it’s a clear reference to his grievance with Nike, the brand isn’t mentioned in the song. There is, however, a mention of the Brown-Nike Olympic controversy at the beginning of the music video, which you can watch below:
Last July, There has been debate about Nike’s influence The U.S. Olympic basketball team kept Brown off the roster when Kawhi Leonard withdrew. Brown’s teammate Derrick White was selected instead.
The Celtics will report to training camp next month and will begin his title defense on October 22 against the New York Knicks.
