The New York Knicks have been making its way upwards The NBA ranks each of the last three seasons, and after Mikal Bridges acquisition This off-season, their moment of glory could soon come.
At least, that’s what Tom Brady thinks. The winningest football player of all time knows a thing or two about making it to the championship game, and while chatting with Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart on The Roommates Show, Brady praised the Knicks’ future prospects.
“Winning the Super Bowl is a whole different story. It’s probably like getting to the Finals. It’s tough to get there, and once you get there, you really have to fight,” Brady said. “I have a feeling you’re going to get there.”
New York hasn’t been to the NBA Finals since 1999 and hasn’t won a title since 1973. The franchise is hungry for a title. They’ve built great chemistry and play a gutsy game. Brunson has made the team progress on a whole other level with his MVP level of play. Brady may be right.

Football is a completely different sport than basketball, but winning at the highest level remains the same regardless of the sport. The Knicks would do well to view Brady’s remarks as motivation rather than a sign of accomplishment.
They haven’t won anything yet, but the pieces are in place, and it always helps to have one of the GOATs on your side.
