Adopting team-appropriate colors is a rite of passage for any signature basketball shoe, and that’s exactly what we get with this latest pair. While the majority of the design is painted in black, the accent colors are reminiscent of retro Cleveland Cavaliers jerseys from the ’80s and ’90s. The midfoot sole structure and piping surrounding the tongue are officially listed as “Solar Red,” though in reality they’re more orange than anything else. Meanwhile, the tongue features a gradient pattern that transitions from orange to “Lucid Blue,” further emphasizing the overall theme.
With Spida signing a three-year max contract extension with the Cavs earlier this year, we’re surely in for some more team-specific news.
