The debate over who is the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) in basketball is often summed up by two iconic figures: LeBron James And Michael JordanBoth left an indelible mark on the sport, breaking records and redefining greatness.
Recently, Sacramento Kings guard DeMar DeRozanwho has faced LeBron countless times on the court, gave his thoughts on which version of James he thinks is more formidable.
Although they’ve never shared a team, DeRozan and LeBron have built a strong relationship over the years. During a recent appearance on the “Club520podcast” hosted by the former NBA player Jeff TaughtDeRozan didn’t hesitate to name the best version of LeBron James he’s ever faced.
“I have arguments with people because they always ask me which [LeBron] “He was the best, and it’s like that Miami Bron and that second Cleveland Bron… Man, he controlled everything from top to bottom. When you stepped on that floor, it was tough, man. He’s one of the greatest for a reason.”

DeRozan, who has a less-than-stellar record against James, faced him 43 times in regular season, winning only 12 of these confrontations. In the playoffs, the numbers are even more unbalanced, with DeRozan has only two wins in 14 games.
Jeff Teague also struggled against LeBron
Podcast host Jeff Teague also has his own tales of woe when it comes to facing LeBron. During 26 regular season gamesTeague’s teams succeeded only five wins against James. In the playoffs it was even worse, with Teague loses all 12 games he played against LeBron.

I was playing for the Pacers, Game 3. I was like, ‘I finally beat this guy!’ He came out at halftime and said, ‘We’re good, we’re good. Everybody, keep your heads up.’”
