THE Utah Jazz are making some changes to their broadcast team for the upcoming 2024-25 NBA season.
According to Ben Anderson from KSL SportsThe Jazz are welcoming a new recruit with in-flight reporter Lauren Green joining the team, while also giving Holly Rowe a new role. The Jazz haven’t had an in-flight reporter on the team since Kristen Kenny left in 2021, but now we’ll see Green take over the role.
As for Rowe, she will become an in-game reporter for the Jazz, while also finding a role with pre- and post-game appearances, as well as halftime appearances at “select home games.” Rowe was hired as an analyst and commentator for Utah in 2021 and will continue to contribute to the team, albeit in a different font, for the 2024-25 season.
As for the rest of the Jazz broadcast team, expect it to be more of the same, as Craig Bolerjack and Thurl Bailey will continue to do the Utah play-by-play. BYU alumni Alema Harrington and Mike Smith will handle the pre- and post-game shows, continuing where they left off last season. For radio, David Locke will return as a commentator for his 16th season.
With an exciting season on the horizon, we still have just under two months to go until the Jazz get going. The preseason kicks off for Utah on October 4th, with the regular season following shortly after on October 23rd.
