THE Golden State Warriors acquired Quinten Post’s Draft Rights THE Portland Trail Blazers for cash considerations earlier this summer. Post, a seven-foot sharpshooter out of Boston College, could quickly become part of Steve Kerr’s rotation next season as the Warriors look to add more size to their frontcourt rotation.

During his final season at Boston College, Post averaged 17.0 points, 8.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.7 blocks while displaying a diverse skill set on the perimeter. That type of size and skill set is something the Warriors have been looking for in recent years and could fit right into Kerr’s offensive and defensive system.

During a recent episode of the podcast “Locked On Warriors”Mason Madsen, a former teammate at Boston College, spoke about what to expect from the big man in his rookie year. During the interview, there was also discussion about whether Post could earn a regular role in Kerr’s rotation during his rookie season and what that might look like for Golden State.
