Angel Reese has been closely linked Jalen Duren For about a month now. After all sorts of speculation and hints, the former seems to have softly launched his relationship with the latter on Instagram on Thursday.
If they are really dating like it seems, that’s a lot of twists and turns!
Reese, the seventh overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, is averaging 12.3 rebounds per game in her rookie season with the Chicago Sky. Duren, the 13th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft, is averaging 10.2 rebounds per game in her first two years with the Detroit Pistons.

Rumors of their potential relationship began in early June. However, things really started to heat up last month, during the Olympic break.
Duren and Reese shared photos/videos on their Instagram Stories of what appeared to be the exact same location on the same day, July 30. The cabins were the telltale sign. Someone must have also taken the photo of Reese, who wasn’t holding a camera in the image she posted.
Reese responded directly to the rumors shortly after, on August 5. His smirk spoke volumes.
At that time, it was mostly speculation. The clues were there, but nothing was confirmed.
Today, almost a month later, it’s almost official!
Reese is dating someoneShe has a man and declared it publicly on Wednesday afternoon.
And then it became clear who.
Former Sky point guard Kysre Gondrezick, who left the team on June 28, posted a series of photos to Instagram Wednesday night. She is dating Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown.
The last picture in the album was of a cake with his face on it.
Reese commented on the album with another indicator of his adventure with Duren.

This was the most obvious sign so far, but maybe she was talking about the Jordan shoes. We don’t know.
