A source confirmed that the Bulls will bring Simeon High product Talen Horton-Tucker to training camp on a 10-man exhibition deal. The news, first reported by The Athletic, brings the number of players on the roster this offseason to 20.

The Bulls have 14 guaranteed contracts. The contract of Onuralp Bitim is not fully guaranteed. They also have a seat available in both directions.

Horton-Tucker is only 23 years old but he is already a five-year NBA veteran. He averaged 10.5 points in just 20 minutes over the last two seasons for the Utah Jazz. He also spent three seasons with the The Los Angeles Lakers.

He fits the profile of the management’s young, experienced players. But he only made 29.3 percent of his three-point shots.

The Bulls will also bring in big man Kenneth Lofton Jr. in a camp deal. By the nature of the roster, which is loaded with guards and wings, Lofton Jr. might have an advantage for the last spot on the list.
