Now that we’ve had some time to think about Boston Celtics‘historic defeat against the Warriors of the Golden State at TD Garden on Sunday afternoon, the impact of the match is all the greater. Even though the word “historic” is used more than it should be, in this victory it truly was.
The Celtics took their largest halftime lead in franchise history in the victory and finished the contest with the third-largest margin of victory since the team’s inception in 1947. What does this mean? resounding victory for Boston’s plans to fight for Banner 18 this year? playoffs?
