Now that we know what The Bulls are looking ahead to the upcoming season, let’s make some predictions.
The January 12 game against the Kings will be a must-see

This isn’t really a bold prediction, but more of a comment. You won’t want to miss DeMar DeRozan’s return to Chicago on January 12th. DeRozan was the heart and soul of the team last year and is beloved by the Bulls. It’s going to be a bittersweet day.
The Bulls will finish with a positive record
For now, it’s clear and simple: Bulls fans are unhappy with the team’s performance over the past decade and they don’t have much faith that things will improve this year. However, management absolutely must understand how crucial this season is and they are making some changes this offseason. Chicago fans are certainly hoping for more and they are hoping that those changes will lead to some success.
This season won’t be a great one for the Bulls, but they will finish with a positive result. They were close to that result last year and they will achieve it this season.

Bulls to make playoffs
The Bulls have made the play-in tournament the last two seasons, but this year they will qualify for the playoffs. That could happen via the play-in tournament, but it would still be a step up from the last two years, where their season ended in the play-in.
Chicago will make the playoffs, but won’t advance past the first round. It’ll be another step up, but this season will likely end with Bulls fans feeling the same way they have for years: disappointment.
