Damien Lillard takes Lady Time to another level.
THE Milwaukee Bucks revealed on Wednesday that their star guard, Lillard, received very fitting gifts for all of his teammates. The Bucks’ social media pages shared videos of Lillard handing out his signature watch on the team plane.
Lillard, an eight-time All-Star, is famous for his “Dame Time” celebration, tapping his wrist (as if he were wearing a watch) when it’s time for him to take charge of plays in the clutch. While opponents sometimes mock Lillard’s celebrationit is still one of the most recognizable iconic moves in the NBA to this day.
Fittingly, Lillard recently partnered with Tissot for his first-ever signature watch, the Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 Damian Lillard Special Edition. The gold watch, which costs $824, is the same one Lillard gave to his teammates.
This is the perfect time for Lillard to spread the good vibes. The Bucks are currently on a six-game winning streak that drops them to second in the East. Hopefully the expensive gifts can help them keep their momentum going.
