THE Warriors of the Golden State (33-30) face the San Antonio Spurs (14-50) Monday with tipoff from Frost Bank Center scheduled for 8 p.m. ET (NBA TV). Let’s analyze BetMGM Sports Betting lines around the Warriors vs. Spurs odds and make sure our expert NBA picks and predictions.
Seasonal Series: Tied 1-1
The Spurs toppled the Warriors 126-113 on Saturday, ranking as 12.5-point underdogs. They did it without C Victor Wembanyama too, but he’s ready to go for this one. Three Spurs have scored 20+ points with F Jérémy Sochan (20), G. Malaki Branham (20) and F Keldon Johnson (22) exceeding the value of their name.
The Dubs looked lost without G Stephen Curry in defeat, and he is absent again on Monday. g Klay Thompson (27) and F Jonathan Kuminga (26) provided the offense, but the secondary scoring wasn’t there. They’ve lost 3 of 4, and they need this one. This is the first game of a 3 game road trip where they will face the Dallas Mavericks and the Los Angeles Lakers. The Warriors are in last play-in spot – 1½ games behind the Lakers.

Warriors at Spurs and predictions
Prediction
Warriors 119, Spurs 116
Money line
The last time the Warriors were in San Antonio, they went 144-113. It was last season, and they got over 50 points off their bench and had Curry in the lineup. These factors will be missing and Wemby will be in Kuminga’s shoes. The Warriors should do it, but I’m not risking -190 on it.
I research Chris Paul to return to CP3 in this one. He had 10 points, 9 assists and 3 steals on Saturday, and he was 2 for 3 from distance. So I’m going to present 2 options here, and I prefer the 1st. CHRIS PAUL MORE THAN 1.5 FLIGHTS (-145) And CHRIS PAUL OVER 10.5 POINTS (-130).
CP3 had 10 and 15 points in the last 2 games. With Curry out and the team’s struggles on Saturday, I think he becomes a little more aggressive offensively. He has 2+ interceptions in 5 of 7 games.
Against the spread
I don’t like the breakdown here because I don’t know which Warriors team is showing up.
PASS.
More less
The Warriors are just 2-8 O/U in the last 10, and the Spurs are 4-5-1. The Over is also 4-5-1 in the last 10 meetings between the teams. I like the Here because I think it will be relatively close.
Take the OVER 226.5 (-110).
