The Golden State Warriors made minor roster changes this summer. Having failed to acquire another star-level player after unsuccessfully trying to sign Paul George and Lauri Markkanen, Golden State will be looking to stay afloat in the Western Conference after missing the playoffs altogether last season.
Even though the Warriors failed on all of their major trade targets, the team may not be done making roster moves.
In a report of Israeli Sports Channel (Thanks to Eurohoops), the agent for Brazilian forward Bruno Caboclo has revealed that the former NBA first-round pick is training with Golden State in hopes of securing a contract.
Bruno Caboclo has reportedly been training with the Warriors and will do so until Thursday in hopes of signing a contract with the Dubs.

“He’s training with Golden State until Thursday with the intention of getting a contract. And he thinks he’ll get it,” Caboclo’s agent, Daniel Hazan, reportedly said.
Caboclo stood out at the 2024 Paris Olympics, averaging 17.3 points, which earned him first place in Brazil and 12th place overall in the tournament. The 2.05m forward also pulled down 7.0 rebounds per game in Paris, which ranked eighth in the tournament.

Having really opened eyes with his play against Team USA in the quarterfinals, Caboclo finished with 30 points and six rebounds despite the loss.
Caboclo was a first-round draft pick by the Toronto Raptors in 2014 and last played in the NBA during the 2020-21 season with the Houston Rockets. At just 28 years old, the Olympian is hoping to get another opportunity in the NBA.
