New Orleans forward Brandon Ingram suffered a knee injury that forced him out of Thursday’s loss at Orlando in the third quarter. In Friday’s official injury report ahead of a 7 p.m. Central game at Miami (Bally Sports, WRNO 99.5 FM), Ingram joins a total of five Pelicans players listed as out. That group includes Ingram (left knee bone bruise), Dyson Daniels (left knee meniscectomy), Malcolm Hill (two-way G League), EJ Liddell (G League on assignment) and Dereon Seabron (two-way G League).
Miami considers starting center and third-leading scorer Bam Adebayo (back) questionable. Three players who played in the Heat’s Feb. 23 victory at Smoothie King Center are out, including second-leading scorer Tyler Herro (foot), Duncan Robinson (back) and Kevin Love (heel).
