Over the years, The New York Knicks Fans have made their contempt for the team owner clear James Dolan. And to be fair, much of this can be justified. In recent years, Dolan has apparently has made a thorn in the side of the NBA on purpose. He also had clashes with some of the most revered players in Knicks history. During a recent live shoot of Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart‘The Roomates Show’ podcast, Knicks Fans have once again let their feelings run wild for Dolan to be known.
Jon Stewart, host of “The Daily Show,” was at the event. During one segment of the show, he mentioned Dolan, prompting a chorus of boos from Knicks fans. But Hart was quick to shut down the reaction.
“No, no, no,” Hart implored the crowd. “We got it, baby, we got it.”
Whether or not Knicks fans can overcome their resentment toward Dolan, what is 100% certain is that they will support their team. Through thick and thin, the Knicks faithful are there. And as the 2024-25 season approaches, Knicks fans will certainly have plenty to cheer about.
The Knicks made one of the biggest moves of the offseason by acquiring Mikal Bridges in a trade with the Brooklyn Nets.
Knicks on track to compete in East next season

With Bridges in the fold, the Knicks appear to have the potential to become a force in the Eastern Conference. Last season, they finished with the second-best record in the Eastern Conference, but were eliminated by the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
During that same event, Josh Hart attempted to take on the Nets by telling Bridges that he had found better prospects with the Knicks. Bridges responded by giving credit to the Nets organization for his development.

“Y’all should appreciate Brooklyn because it made me better,” Bridges said. “Fuck, my game improved there.”
Beyond the talent standpoint, the Knicks’ acquisition of Bridges is significant because it reunites former Villanova teammates Hart, Brunson, Bridges and Donte DiVincenzo. The quartet was part of the Wildcats’ 2016 championship team under head coach Jay Wright.
The Knicks are hoping this group can bring them the same kind of fortune. Bridges wasn’t the only big move the Knicks made. They also managed to re-sign OG Anunoby to ensure they have one of the best defensive rotations in the NBA.
