As the 2024-25 NBA season is about to kick off, it’s also time to unveil the latest edition of the popular NBA 2K video game. NBA2K25 will be released on September 6, giving players their first opportunity to play as the next generation of basketball players.
2K recently revealed the top 30 rookie scores in video games and The Philadelphia 76ers beginner Jared McCain landed in the top 20 with a score of 70. He and many other rookies such as Miami Heat big man Kel’el Articles, The Los Angeles Lakers winger Dalton KnechtAnd Washington Wizards Guard Bub Carrington shares the 70 overall rating.
The Sixers selected McCain with the 16th overall pick and are hoping he can contribute at some point this season. He has a good work ethic, a silky kick and understands how to play the game of basketball. He’ll be surrounded by good veterans like Kyle Lowry, Reggie Jacksonand even Tyrese Maxey at this point, who can give him advice on how to grow.
