The Utah Jazz and Chicago Bulls faced off in Salt Lake City and while the Bulls took a thrilling 119-117 road victory, the game was mired in chaos.

The game was heading towards a close finish as John Collins scored a double-double of 25 points. But the striker made headlines for all the wrong reasons, as he was criticized for causing a brawl between the two teams.

The moment came with the Bulls leading 117-116 with just 9 seconds left in the shot clock. Josh Collins and the Bulls bench shared some heated words. As things heated up, John Collins lost his cool and shoved Bulls assistant coach Chris Fleming. The push caused a massive brawl between the two sides as both sets of players were involved. Collins grabbed the assistant coach by the neck and the Bulls players got involved in the fight – watch here.

Surprisingly, John Collins was not ejected from the game and was allowed to remain on the ground for the final possession. The Bulls went on to win 119-117 as the Jazz slumped to a 28-35 record in the Western Conference. The Chicago Bulls’ hopes of making the playoffs are still alive, they currently sit in ninth place and are in a play-in position. The Jazz, however, seem ready for another disappointing season.
