Tuesday evening, the New York Knicks will host the Atlanta Hawks at Madison Square Garden.
Before the match, the team announced that they had officially signed Shake Milton.
The 27-year-old has played in 42 games this season for the Minnesota Timberwolves and Detroit Pistons.
He started the year with the Timberwolves and was negotiated to the Pistons, who waived him after a contract buyout (h/t ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski).
Milton is averaging 4.9 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game while shooting 40.3 percent from the field and 27.4 percent from three-point range.
