NEW DELHI: Josh Hart achieved an exceptional performance for the New York Knicksachieving his third triple-double of the season in their hard-fought 107-98 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Despite the loss Jalen Brunson to an injury to his left knee at the start of the match, the Knicks showed his resilience and depth to secure victory against a compatriot Eastern Conference competitor.
Hart demonstrated his all-around abilities with an impressive 13 points, 10 assists and 19 rebounds, tying his career high. Donte DiVincenzo scored 28 points, including a crucial layup that gave the Knicks the lead for good in the third quarter. Bojan Bogdanovic contributed 20 points coming off the bench, providing valuable scoring punch for New York.

Miles McBride played a pivotal role for the Knicks, contributing 16 points while filling in admirably for the injured Brunson. Precious Achiuwa also made a significant contribution with 14 points to help secure the victory for New York.
Despite the absence of key players Donovan Mitchell and Caris LeVert, the Cavaliers fought hard behind the performances of Evan Mobley, who recorded a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds, and Sam Merrill, who scored a team-high 21 points coming off the bench. Darius Garland, Jarrett Allenand Isaac Okoro also made solid contributions with double-digit scoring efforts.
The game featured back-and-forth play from both teams, but the Knicks took control in the third quarter with a decisive scoring burst. Although the Cavaliers made a late effort to close the gap, the Knicks held strong down the stretch, with Hart’s 3-point basket and McBride’s timely shot sealing the victory.
