After winning his third MVP award in the last four seasons, Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokić is widely considered the best player in the NBA heading into the 2024-25 campaign.
In an ESPN poll of 18 coaches, scouts and executives, Tim BontempsJokić received 15 votes as the league’s best player at the moment.
The only other players who received a vote were Dallas Mavericks star Luka Dončić (two) and Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (one).
