Training camp is less than a month away, but that hasn’t stopped some from Oklahoma City Thunder of either meet or giving back to the community. Two-way player Adam Flagler was a surprise guest at a local OKC museum.
Thunder players typically spend their off days in OKC during the season participating in community events. So, in a way, this marks the start of the 2024-25 season. Or at least its precursor.
The 24-year-old has had a busy offseason. He proved himself in summer league, his first since joining the league. Flagler signed a two-way contract, meaning he will spend most of next season with the OKC Blue of the G League.
Flagler is a good outside shooter and made his NBA debut late in the season. He helped the Blues in their quest for a G League title last season. Expect a similar role next season, where he will spend most of the year with the Blues.
Earlier today, Adam Flagler made a surprise visit to the Science Museum Oklahoma. He toured exhibits and participated in the Science Live show. pic.twitter.com/vIE0KOhLlc
