The Oklahoma City Thunder are on track to become one of the best teams in the NBA – with Vegas odds placing the Thunder as favorites to win the Western Conference, trailing only the defending NBA champions in Boston.

That should translate into the league’s video game – NBA 2K25 – despite early leaked reviews, including Lu Dort’s snubs for his defensive prowessAs the game moves closer to its September 6 release date, the company is leaking more and more information.

Their latest news is the reveal of rookie grades for the entire 2024 NBA Draft class. This includes the Oklahoma City Thunder’s three-man rookie class of Nikola Topic (12th pick), Dillon Jones (26th pick), and Ajay Mitchell (36th pick).

The NBA 2K25 team gave Topic the highest grade among the Thunder class and the highest grade among all rookies with an overall grade of 72. While 2K will update these grades throughout the year, Oklahoma City will not see Topic’s grade fluctuate as he is sidelined for the entire 2024-25 campaign with an ACL injury.

Jones has an overall grade of 69 and Mitchell joins him with a 68, nearly unplayable grades in the video game and the lowest grade in the class. However, those grades should climb as the season goes on.
