INDIANAPOLIS – Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) and Salesforce, two of downtown Indy’s most visible and recognizable companies, today announced an agreement to continue the partnership they announced nearly six years ago years.
Since 2018, Salesforce and PS&E have joined forces to personalize the fan experience. Leveraging Salesforce products including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft, PS&E seamlessly connects with fans across all touchpoints, including email marketing communications, social media engagement, digital advertising and customer service.
Additionally, Salesforce became the jersey sponsor of the Indiana Fever in 2019, and the company will remain prominently featured on Fever jerseys under the team’s logo through the 2024 season. The deal also ensures that PS&E and Salesforce can continue to partner on important initiatives like Fever Pride Night, while Salesforce will retain in-arena signage and naming rights to the Indiana Fever practice field inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
“Salesforce is known around the world both for its innovative technologies and for the impact it strives to make in its communities,” said Rick Fuson, CEO of PS&E. “We are proud to have a partner with the same values and passion, who can help us communicate with our fans more effectively than ever before.”
“We are excited to continue our partnership with PS&E and the Indianapolis community,” said Marla Thompson, Salesforce Indianapolis Site Manager. “Together and with the power of AI, we are creating a more personalized and connected experience for Pacers and Fever fans around the world.”
