The Pelicans re-signed Ryan to a restructured contract after letting him go Friday. The sharpshooter averaged 5.4 points and 1.4 rebounds in 13.9 minutes in 28 regular-season appearances last year. Ryan will likely continue to shine as a backup, and he shot 45.1 percent from three-point range on 2.5 attempts per game last season.
