Before training camp officially begins in Hawaii in October, Mike Dunleavy Jr. and the Golden State Warriors The Warriors are still fine-tuning their new roster this offseason. Reports suggest the Warriors are bringing in a veteran sharpshooter for a workout that could turn into an invite to training camp.
According to Marc Stein, NBA reporterWarriors Invite 8-Year NBA Veteran Davis Bertans at a workout. The workout could determine whether the Warriors invite the Latvian long-range shooter to training camp, Stein said.

In eight seasons, Bertans played for the San Antonio Spurs, Washington Wizards, The Dallas Mavericks, Oklahoma City Thunder and more recently, the Charlotte HornetsIn 28 games with the Hornets, Bertans averaged 8.8 points on 39.4 percent shooting from the field and 37.5 percent from three-point range. Over his career, the 31-year-old averaged 39.6 percent shooting from three-point range on 6.3 three-point attempts per game.
