Many NBA fans and analysts have looked at the contract that Oklahoma City Thunder gave a great man Isaiah Hartenstein to keep him away from the The New York Knicks as a significant overpay. But not all analysts believe that this Thunder contract was an overpay, but simply the inflationary cost of acquiring quality players in today’s league. One such analyst who shares this view is popular NBA YouTube analyst Alex Hoops.
In a recent video, he explained why he thinks this might be the case, drawing in part on Hartenstein’s new deal as well as a few others (Kentavious Caldwell-Pape$66 million contract with the Orlando Magic And Nic ClaxtonThe $99 million deal with the Brooklyn Nets) in a similar boat to make his point.
