In the first meeting between the Lakers and Warriors on January 27, Los Angeles escaped with a victory in a double-overtime thriller. James had a triple-double (36 points, 20 rebounds and 12 assists) and made two crucial free throws to secure a 145-144 victory. Curry scored a game-high 46 points, making nine 3-pointers.
They are two very different versions of the Warriors and the Lakers. Golden State is 6-5 since these teams last met, while Los Angeles is 6-4.
