MILWAUKEE – Wisconsin Herd assistant coach and former Milwaukee Bucks participant and assistant coach Joe Wolf has died out of the blue, the Bucks introduced Thursday (Sept. 26). He was 59 years outdated.
The Kohler native’s profession spanned greater than 37 years, together with 12 years as an NBA participant and 25 years of teaching on the school, CBA, NBA G League and NBA ranges, together with teaching Bucks assistant from 2008 to 2013.
“We ship our deepest condolences to Joe’s household and pals,” the Bucks mentioned in an announcement. “The Bucks and Herd will at all times be grateful to Joe for his exhausting work and dedication to our group. He shall be missed.”
He performed for the Bucks from 1996 to 1997.
The Bucks mentioned his “expertise was instrumental to the Bucks and Herd throughout eight years with the group, together with as a participant and coach.”
He was introduced because the Herd’s assistant coach in October 2023.
