MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Sports Hall of Fame has announced its 2024 class of honorees, which will include Grizzlies‘ legend Zach Randolph and Pro Football Hall of Famer Reggie White.

“The Class of 2024 honorees have served as role models and inspirations to the Memphis sports community, and their legacies will forever be honored as members of the Memphis Sports Hall of Fame,” said Kevin Kane, president and CEO of Memphis Tourism.

The 2024 inductees include the late Reggie White, who began his professional career as a USFL star with the Memphis Showboats before becoming an NFL defensive end; Zach Randolph, who led the Memphis Grizzlies to the franchise’s first Western Conference Finals appearance; the late Dick Fadgen, NCAA swimming coach and founder of the Memphis Tigers Swim Club; and Jarvis Greer, who had a 43-year, Emmy-winning career as a sportscaster.

“Throughout my career in sports journalism, I have had the privilege of seeing some of our city’s greatest athletes. It is truly an honor to be recognized alongside them at the Memphis Sports Hall of Fame,” said Jarvis Greer. “Having hosted the Memphis Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremony for several years, being inducted at this year’s event will be a rewarding experience for me.”

The 2024 class of inductees was selected by an 18-member MSHOF Advisory Committee comprised of award-winning sports journalists, professional and amateur sports industry executives and community leaders.

The induction ceremony is scheduled for October 16 at the Renasant Convention Center.

Participants have the opportunity to purchase individual tickets for $75 or reserve a table for ten for $750. Tickets include seating at the ceremony, food, beverages and the opportunity to meet the inductees at the event.
