Recently, internet users teased the Orlando Magic after posting an image of players Anthony Black and Gradey Dick exchanging jerseys. Shortly after going live, the growing online community took the opportunity to mock players’ last names.

To protect their athletes from crude humor, the Orlando Magic quickly removed the photo. Internet users then appreciated the funny scene of the franchise deleting the post to protect the image of the players. They cracked even more jokes when the content was removed.

The now-deleted social media post showed the jersey exchange between Black and Dick after the game between the Toronto Raptors and Orlando Magic. Following the incident, some sources suggested that the franchise had fired the administrator of its social media page responsible for the ill-conceived post.

The network of Internet users discovered indecent insinuations regarding the players’ last names. This resulted in a viral post in which commenters took turns making fun of the unexpected comedy.

Former Magic Player JJ Redick Launches Podcast With LeBron James

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and former NBA player JJ Redick are joining forces to create a unique basketball podcast. As reported by Andrew Marchand of The Athletic, the duo intends to engage in candid, basketball-focused conversations in their upcoming podcast, known as “Mind the Game.”

In his conversation with Marchand, LeBron James expressed his vision for the podcast, emphasizing that it will not resemble the usual narrative around sports.

He expressed pride in his innovative efforts in sports media and his main priority when launching any project: creating content that he and his friends would enjoy. He said not every piece of content has to be targeted to internet culture and drive clicks.

In the case of JJ Redick, this alliance seems to be an opportunity for him to advance a cause that he is passionate about. Of particular note is Redick’s criticism of Milwaukee Bucks head coach Doc Rivers during an appearance on First Take in February.

He criticized Rivers, who he previously played with during his time with the Los Angeles Clippers, accusing him of making habitual excuses.

An excerpt from the podcast offered to Marchand featured Redick and James tasting red wine while engaging in a rich discussion about managing a selection game.

According to James’ associate Maverick Carter, the essence of the show is akin to sommeliers discussing good wines, not a typical argument over preferences for Burgundy or Bordeaux.

The inaugural episode of “Mind the Game” will be released on Tuesday, with subsequent episodes planned in a weekly release format.
